Children's literature is not for the weak. It is a ruthless cutthroat business with lots of gnashes of the teeth. Children's librarianship, in contrast, is a sweet sweet ride. I don't know who this Bookseller Chick is, but I know one thing. I like her. She's sending untold hoardes of people over to my blog and she says she loves me "in a totally plutonic way". Right back atcha, sweetheart.
