Children's literature is not for the weak. It is a ruthless cutthroat business with lots of gnashes of the teeth. Children's librarianship, in contrast, is a sweet sweet ride. Now you can hear me as I growl, gargle, and kvetch my way through news, reviews, and interviews. Kidlit podcasting = scary new world.

Yeah. This and $10.75 will get me a ticket to a movie
Ooooh. Oooh! My blog's worth more! My blog's worth more!
I only mention this because I figure by the end of the year, your blog will rightfully be worth 10x mine, so I'm taking my moment of egotistical, one-good-April glory while I can.
I wonder if that mock stock exchange based on blogs still exists? At one point, I found out I was "number one most undervalued." Talk about a dubious honor in an imaginary market....

Your blog's worth goes up hourly. It's worth $82,98738!
ReplyDeleteMine is worth $0.00. But strangely, so is Read Roger. This, I don't get.
Oh, oh. Sorry Roger. I did something wrong. Read Roger is worth $43,469.58.
ReplyDeleteThank you both for not making your blogs look like Times Square.
I'm afraid this neat trick will give me an inferiority complex. I already bow in your direction, Fusie, even without your current SCBWI fame.
ReplyDeleteThough, I do have a new pic of Mo 'n me on my site today. That has got to be worth at least $15,630.
