Children's literature is not for the weak. It is a ruthless cutthroat business with lots of gnashes of the teeth. Children's librarianship, in contrast, is a sweet sweet ride. Best Thing To Receive From a Patron Ever
Someone just handed me a quart of caffeinated milk as a thank you for helping them in the past. I love this city.
I just read a children's book where someone sells lemon-flavored milk. Still trying to wrap my head around that one. Technically I shouldn't find it weird.
Caffeinated milk? That's just wrong. An unholy mutation. Ew.
