I thought about me...I liked the one pull-out page. I thought about mentioning it, but it slipped my mind while I was writing. By and large, pull out pages just spell trouble. They get stuck or bent or torn or ripped. This one seemed to fit seamlessly back into the book, but who knows how long that'll last. I dunno.
