Neef is in "CATNYP"? That would have been a good thing to mention in the authorial info, yes? Kids who like Neef would love to know that she shows up in other stories as well. I will have to look up this Mel Grant fellow. He does lovely work. Did he do the map of New York as well?fusenumber8https://www.blogger.com/profile/16216979020263363698noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15089389.post-26678880826320679662006-10-29T20:48:00.000-05:002006-10-29T20:48:00.000-05:00hello: i am delia's editor.

But greedy me, I still wanted to see what the New York Public Library Genius would look like. Heck, I thought the book would end with Changeling working for them (a place she would fit in beautifully, I might add). Ah well. Beggers can't be choosers, as they say.fusenumber8https://www.blogger.com/profile/16216979020263363698noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15089389.post-38414145405913788112006-10-29T13:55:00.000-05:002006-10-29T13:55:00.000-05:00You are absotively right, Lady S, I got my antholo...You are absotively right, Lady S, I got my anthologies wrong.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15089389.post-5332594599216625672006-10-29T12:37:00.000-05:002006-10-29T12:37:00.000-05:00Did you read her story 'CATNYP' in the Datlow & Wi...Did you read her story 'CATNYP' in the Datlow & Windling anthology The Faery Reel? That's the same setting as Changeling clearly, and all takes place in the library. I don't have a copy here to check out the name of the main character, but the genius loci and library catalogue were great fun.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-15089389.post-91698164661037761282006-10-29T12:31:00.000-05:002006-10-29T12:31:00.000-05:00Hmm. She has written a most delightful library fantasy called CATNYP in Sharyn November's first /Firebirds anthology, too, that made me whoop out loud.GraceAnne LadyHawkhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18218782604391016011noreply@blogger.com
