You might be able to stretch them out a little, but once they hit an hour on the screen something strange has to have taken place. It looks to me like a desperate attempt to breathe new life into something that doesn't <i>need</i> new life -- the old life was rolling along just fine.<br /><br />I am far more skeptical than you that this movie can work. The Seuss Goes To The Movies track record is, as you know, abysmal. This won't be any different.<br /><br />(Yes, I'm grumpy about it. This is one of my children's favorite books.
