Children's literature is not for the weak. It is a ruthless cutthroat business with lots of gnashes of the teeth. Children's librarianship, in contrast, is a sweet sweet ride. Now you can hear me as I growl, gargle, and kvetch my way through news, reviews, and interviews. Kidlit podcasting = scary new world.

Go Away!
To save time why don't you all leave this site and hop on over to Big A little a for your complete week-end round-up of reviews in the New York Times, Washington Post, etc. That'll keep you busy for a good couple of hours or so. Also, regarding the site's link to the Times Online article about Cornelia Funke, note the conspicuous lack of attention paid to the filmed production of her Thief Lord. You'd think the thing had never been filmed at all.
