Children's literature is not for the weak. It is a ruthless cutthroat business with lots of gnashes of the teeth. Children's librarianship, in contrast, is a sweet sweet ride. Now you can hear me as I growl, gargle, and kvetch my way through news, reviews, and interviews. Kidlit podcasting = scary new world.

Item: One Burnt Out Fuse
To quote Apu, "Never have I partied so hearty." Which is to say I'm pooped, my lovelies. Recaps and fun facts to be posted tomorrow. Today I try to remember what feet are supposed to feel like so that I can pump some blood back into my own.
Yes, Fuse 8 at Bar 9 scored a perfect 10. All of us in the Class of 2k7 thank you, Fuse, for the effort you made to welcome us to the kidlit world. A good time was had by all.
