Children's literature is not for the weak. It is a ruthless cutthroat business with lots of gnashes of the teeth. Children's librarianship, in contrast, is a sweet sweet ride. Penn Jillette?
If Neil Gaiman were to ask me to jump off a cliff, I wouldn't necessarily do it. My nerdy fangirl instincts would undoubtedly try to convince me that it was a good idea, but hopefully some sense of self-preservation would remain intact and save me from such a messy fate. As such, when he asks bloggers to help him Google bomb Penn Jillette, I'm more than happy to oblige. Here you go, Mr. Gaiman. You may link to my blog at will now.
