The Literary Figures, Dead and Fictional, Are Getting Frisky

We all know that Geoffrey Chaucer has a blog (with an amusing post recently on both Henri le Potier and The Babesittres Club). Now Peter Pan has his own website. Now if you'll excuse me, I'll go hide under my desk for an hour and try to forget I ever saw any of this in the first place.

I think that's the single creepiest thing I have ever seen on the web. Or possibly, ever. In fact, I doubt I'll ever see anything in the future as creepy as that.

Yeah. I'm still chewing my fingernails to a nub. However, it brilliantly summarizes all the things I've ever found wrong with the original Peter Pan story.

The Peter Pan site is very odd, but if you browse on it for more than a minute, you get totally densensitized. I found myself scrolling through his "Fashion Page" wondering if he was wearing a wig or if that was his real hair.

That's seriously warped - never mind hiding under the desk, I wanted to run screaming from the building !

OK, if Michele is running screaming from the building, I'm not even going to click on the link.

Thank you all for the warning!
