Children's literature is not for the weak. It is a ruthless cutthroat business with lots of gnashes of the teeth. Children's librarianship, in contrast, is a sweet sweet ride. Now you can hear me as I growl, gargle, and kvetch my way through news, reviews, and interviews. Kidlit podcasting = scary new world.

A Man Unafraid To Tell Your Children To Fail
I'm jealous. Kelly Herold gets all the good articles. She discovered that Hot Man #3, Mo Willems (and one of the few to respond to his honor) was recently interviewed by USA Today. A good article and one heckuva hot picture. The proof positive that he is the sexiest of the Hot Men? Here's what he tells kids when he teaches them to draw The Pigeon: ""I encourage them to infringe on my copyright." Purrrrr.
