Children's Book Week

By the way...

It's happening even as we speak. As if you forgot. Haven't a clue how to celebrate? There may be a suggestion or two floating about the stratosphere, now that you mention it. Once you've done that, please check out the 2004 CBC staffers as they reenact old Book Week posters:



If someone sends me the name of the guy dressed up like Lilly I'll immediately make him a Hot Man of Children's Literature. That's a promise.

Umm, Lilly is actually Paula Quint, former Director of the CBC. Not sure what she'd think about being a Hot Man....

I have a feeling you meant to say "the guy near Lilly" in which case that's Andrew Garrison. He was our editor for a few years, but has since left Children's Publishing to study industrial design. I'm sure he'll find a place in the HMOID eventually.
