One Guy Named Mo
See Knuffle Bunny.
See Knuffle Bunny move.
Move, Knuffle Bunny, move!
You can find Mr. Willems' explanation of what exactly this little bit o' video is here. The clip, by the way, is a complete and utter tease. It ends on the infamous line, "But a block or so later, Trixie realized something." WHAT? WHAT DID SHE REALIZE? Due to the nice jazzy score and primo narration (to say nothing of the magnificent Brooklyn imagery) this will undoubtedly be the best Weston Woods DVD ev-ah.
Thanks to Mo Willems for the link.

I saw the Knuffle Bunny movie when I was at Weston Woods last year (an early version). It has this extra bit of Mo and Trixie talking together (his real daughter Trixie plays herself) and it is incredibly charming and good
Awww. That's so sweet. I hope they keep their conversation for the final creation.
Always lovely to hear from you, Ms. Jenkins. Will you ever create a kidlit blog like that of Mr. Willems for yourself someday? I love your YA fare, but being a children's librarian it doesn't do me as much good as a picture book blog would. NOT that you don't have enough on your plate as it is, of course...
