The Pearl
Having mentioned Nancy Pearl's wiki the other day, I realized too late that I didn't mention her upcoming non-fiction work, due on shelves everywhere in April and entitled Book Crush. Much like her previous work Book Lust, Book Crush is a grouping of children's book recommendations. At first I was a little skeptical that Ms. Pearl would know all that much about kidlit, but my sources inform me that she began her librarian career as a specialist in children's literature. So there you go.
By the way, let's not stop adding our own kidlit blogs to her wiki of blog info. I only see five of us listed (well done, Seven Impossible Things Before Breakfast, Biblio File, Semicolon, and Big A, little a). Let's represent, people.

I just added a Children's Literature Blog page. The URL is:

I copied into it the children's lit blogs mentioned in the "Other Book Related Blogs" page --- yours, Seven Impossible Things Before Breakfast, Semicolon, Biblio File, and Big A little a.

Monica, you are a wonder. It looks lovely. But with only a smidgen of the kidlit bloggers appearing, we need more. MORE, I say! MORE!
I just need to clarify that Biblio File is not exclusively kidlit. It's just kidlit and YA heavy!
Ditto to what Jennie said -- ditto for Seven Impossible Things, that is, but we're so children's-lit heavy that sometimes I wonder if we shouldn't be exclusively that. Anyway, thanks, Monica.
