Book Videos

Children's book videos. You know you love 'em. For example, the Milanese have his super-dooper creepy Coraline that's capable of making someone like myself desire to read the book all over again.

But what's that you say? You've a greater affection for your audible senses rather than your oracular? Good news for you then. Simon & Schuster have started their own podcasts. It's simply a matter of time before other publishers follow suit, I suppose. These podcasts are particularly nicely put together, and don't concentrate solely on adult titles. Take, for example, the Peter Pan In Scarlet with narration (which I am sure you will find on the audiobook) by Tim Curry. Other recent children's books discussed include Gideon the Cutpurse, and Room One. Color me suitably impressed.

All thanks to bookshelves of doom and Kids Lit for the links, respectively.
