Banned Books Bracelets, Baby

Leila from bookshelves of doom steered me towards these little beauties.

So are they cool or are they nerdy librarian wear?

I incline towards cool. But then, I would.

I think it's generally a good sign that the link is now unavailable due to too many people trying to access it.

I think they're incredible. I wish I wore bracelets.

Oh, yes, they are cool. They are awesome with a raging intensity that rivals the heat of the sun. But I would think that, too.

Um. Okay, this is my sixth try to log a comment. Is it me? Wait. Don't answer that.

What a wonderful and oh-so-chic-idea the bracelets are!

I've posted the info on the AS IF! blogs. However, I can't seem to link them to this. Sigh.

Oh, I like Julie's idea, too. Or, you know what would be cool? If you could customize it, by specifying what banned books you've read, and could keep adding to it. Like notches on a belt... (hee).

Oh yeah. That reminds me. Sorry about how yucky the comment feature is sometimes. This whole Blogger Beta thing has mucked with commenting. If it gives you any trouble just whack your computer soundly upside the head and try again.

Hot Men of Children's Literature bracelets.... hmmmm.....

Or Hot Men of Children's Literature undies. You know you want Kadir Nelson's smiling face on your ass (I say that oh-so respectfully and, ahem, lovingly, 'cause he's purty as well as obscenely talented).

They are totally and utterly cool, no question! We'll simply start a new trend, if there isn't one already. Jen, the link is unavailable? Say it isn't so!

Would that be the Library store that's kiddie corner from the Arts & Humanities Library (a.k.a. the one with the lions)? If so, I have a discount there. Woo-hoo!
