Children's Author All Over Infamous Page Six of the New York Post!

Shocking stuff.

If by "shocking" you mean "A sudden economic disturbance, such as a rise in the price of a commodity." Which is to say, a rise in attention regarding this particular author's commodities. But the article really is in the gossip section. Check out the URL.

Well played, Meghan.

Oh, thanks for this link. I loved this sentence: "The tale will probably gloss over Pale Male's previous mates - First Love, Chocolate and Blue - and the 23 fledglings he's sired." Now that would be a kiddie book extraordinaire.

Well exactly. Odd sentence really. They haven't seen the book yet they're making these assumptions? Obviously they didn't read Jeanette Winterson's previous Pale Male book this year or they'd know that picture book authors are very good at including this kind of info.
