By the way, what's with Ian McShane cramming in all the kidlit flicks? At last count he's in this, His Dark Materials, AND The Dark is Rising. Busy man. I can only take it that he's trying to win cool points with his young 'uns.

This makes me feel ancient. The band I so loved in high school and college is now doing music for movies and Higglytown Heroes. On the other hand, I'm glad they haven't faded into the woodwork and a younger generation will get to listen and enjoy.
